call the fashion police...

I caught this with the camera on my mobile phone while waiting for the bus this morning. (Okay, so I need to get a life but I just could not help it with this one.) Now, I am no fashionista but what is going on here? The combination is just not right, don't you think? That bootie would have looked good with a pair of jeans. Or perhaps it should have been a shoeboot with heels with that skirt. The entire outfit was just wrong from my point of view. Ladies who are reading this, tell me that I am not the only one who is seeing this wardrobe malfunction.... please.
