lost in pollution...

It has been weeks now since the haze invaded our skyline. Thanks to the farmers of our friendly neighbouring country. They just have to set small fires to clear their land, which is some kind of irrigation process. It can be utterly depressing with this haze clouding our skies. It appears like the sky is just right above our heads. This is probably the worst since 1997, with PSI index peaking at dangerous levels in some parts in South East Asia.

It is funny how we referred to this smoke in our skies as haze. In other parts of the world, it would have been referred to as pollution. We have not seen the sun in weeks but this thing called haze has generated enough heat, not to just make us perspire like crazy but also made us feel like walking burning joss-sticks.

So, not only have I lost myself in pollution. I have lost myself in the blogging world too. What can I say? October has been a slow month. The holiday season is drawing close. It seems like only yesterday when I said Happy 2006 and look at where we are now? Plague with pollution and what nots. But hey, life goes on.
