a ray of sunshine...

This morning, I woke up feeling better than I have been since a month ago (hence the zero postings on this blog). I started singing the chorus of this Wham song as follows;

Sometimes,

You wake up in the morning with the bass line,

A Ray of Sunshine,

Sometimes,

You know today you're gonna have a good time,

And you're ready to go.

I guess it was a sign because at the later part of this morning, a RAY of sunshine came into our lives… Sal sent me a text to announce the early arrival of Mister D’s little brother, named Rayyan. He is not due till 20 March but I guess he could not wait. He arrived this morning at 0650 Singapore Time. I can’t wait to see how this little person looks like – I am waiting anxiously for that e-mail to arrive in my mailbox with a photo and off course, looking forward to see this little person in person too. Well, looks like Mister D has some company now. Congrats to Sal and Kaz on the arrival of baby Ray.

This has been a day with a ray of sunshine – received good news and good day at work. I am ready to go - there is a double meaning in that sentence but I will tell you what it is one day.
